If you’ve got used to reading in portrait mode on an iPad Mini 5 and update to the new model you will notice the “jelly” effect more. I’m fed up with Apple pundits “explaining” away this stuff.

The new Steve Hackett album, Surrender of Silence, arrived. I haven’t had much time to get to know it but I’ll give it a good listen before the gig on the 27th.
The deluxe edition of Marillion’s album Fugazi is out. This has always been my least favourite of the Fish era albums but I wanted to buy it to complete the collection of these excellent deluxe reissues. The extras are always pretty good.
The new Beach Boys box set, Feel Flows, sold out very quickly in a lot of places but Amazon came to the rescue and took a couple of weeks to get some back in stock. It’s great of course.
The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde tells the story of a lawyer investigating the connection of two persons, Dr. Henry Jekyll and Mr. Edward Hyde. Chief among the novel’s supporting cast is a man by the name of Mr. Poole, Dr. Jekyll’s loyal butler.
Poole is the butler for Jekyll, the static site generator. It’s designed and developed by @mdo to provide a clear and concise foundational setup for any Jekyll site. It does so by furnishing a full vanilla Jekyll install with example layouts, pages, posts, and styles.
